Asset files on this site are reference material. They are not an offer, not a commitment to transact, and do not replace a contract. Any terms of sale, lease or representation take effect only in a separate signed document.

Price, area, structure and cash flow appear exactly as recorded in the system at the time you view them. These figures may change when the owner updates them.

Planning data and the state land-price schedule come from official published sources. NBRE checks them before a file is published, but does not produce that data and cannot guarantee it always matches the issuing authority's latest revision.

Where a field cannot be verified, the file says so. NBRE does not infer to fill a gap.

The contact fields on this site open a pre-written Zalo message for you to send yourself — the website neither stores nor forwards your details. See the Privacy policy for specifics.

Once a conversation begins, NBRE may ask you to verify your identity before an unpublished file is opened. That is the owner's condition, not a website procedure.

The text, images and file presentation on nambason.com belong to NBRE or to the asset owner who agreed to their publication. Republishing elsewhere requires written confirmation.
