Effective 11 Sep 2026 · Version 1.0

Public information policy

NBRE is transparent about the ASSET and discreet about the TRANSACTION. This page states where that line sits.

Section 1

Published publicly

  • Street address, ward and district
  • Land area, built area, structure
  • Asking price as recorded in the system
  • Photos the owner has approved for publication
  • Planning and state land-price cross-checks

Figures appear exactly as recorded. Where the file holds nothing, the page shows nothing — no placeholder, no inference.

Section 2

Never published

  • Owner identity and phone number
  • Title certificates, drawings, parcel diagrams
  • Lease contracts and detailed cash-flow terms
  • Exact street number where the owner asks for discretion
  • Assets the owner does not want published — these never appear in any form

These are opened only after the recipient's identity is verified and the owner agrees, case by case.

Section 3

Why part of the portfolio never appears

Many owners do not want a sale to be widely known — for family reasons, because a tenant is in place, or to avoid the asset being hawked around. NBRE respects that: those files never appear on the public site and are brought out only for a buyer who genuinely fits.

So the portfolio you see here is not all of what NBRE represents.

Section 4

Requesting removal or correction

If you are an owner and want a file removed, a figure corrected or a photo replaced, call 0903 052 135. Removal is actioned first and reconciled afterwards.
