Privacy policy

NBRE works to one principle: transparent in appraisal, discreet in transaction. This page states what we collect, what we use it for, who can see it and what rights you have — written to match what the system actually does, not a generic template.

Section 1

What we collect

Only what you actively enter into a form on the website:

FormData you provideWhy it is needed
Request a private consultationFull name · phone number · asset type of interest · budget range · ownership objective · notes (if you write any)So we can prepare the right files before the meeting, rather than sending a generic list
Book a viewingFull name · phone number · asset of interest · preferred timeSo we can schedule and give the owner advance notice
Request a confidential fileFull name · phone number · asset of interest · intended useSo we can establish whether you qualify to receive an unpublished file

Our server also records the IP address of every visit, as every web server does. NBRE uses it for one purpose only: rate-limiting form submissions to block bots.

The website counts views per page and per asset using NBRE's own system, with no external service involved. Each view stores the path, the timestamp, and a hashed fingerprint that rotates daily — no cookie, no raw IP address, and nothing that can be traced back to an individual.

NBRE installs no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no other behavioural tracking, and sets no advertising cookies. You can verify this yourself with your browser's developer tools.

Section 2

What stays on your device and goes nowhere

Some features store data inside your own browser and never send it to NBRE: light/dark mode, language, the assets you bookmark, and the requests you have sent. Clear your browsing data and these disappear entirely.

Section 3

Who can see it

  • — The advisor handling your file.
  • — A manager, limited to supervising the quality of advice.
  • — No one else. NBRE does not sell, trade or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.

Every view and every edit of client data inside the admin system is logged, together with who did it and when.

Section 4

Third-party services that can see your IP address

The website uses a single external technical service. We send it none of your personal information, but because your browser loads its content directly, that service can see your IP address:

  • — CARTO — the map base imagery.

The typefaces, the map library and all imagery are served from NBRE's own servers, so if you read the site without opening a map, your browser talks to no third party at all.

Section 5

How long we keep it

Contact records are kept for as long as NBRE is still serving your requirement, and for no more than 24 months from our most recent exchange. After that point the record is deleted or anonymised, except for whatever accounting and tax rules oblige us to retain if a transaction took place between us.

Section 6

Your rights

  • — Ask to see the data NBRE holds about you.
  • — Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • — Ask us to erase your record.
  • — Withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to contact@nambason.com or 0903 052 135. NBRE replies within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, so that nobody else can ask for your data to be erased in your name.

Section 7

Confidentiality for the seller's asset information

Discretion applies to both sides. NBRE does not disclose a seller's identity, phone number or circumstances; does not use a client's transaction as marketing material; and releases legal files only once the recipient has been verified. Title certificates, drawings and lease agreements are never shown on the public site.
